By accessing or using Scopeback ("Service"), operated by Plato Studio, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Scopeback is an AI-powered platform that assists insurance contractors with generating supplement requests by analyzing carrier estimates, cross-referencing building codes, and drafting correspondence. The Service is provided as a tool to support your supplementing workflow and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Email Integration
Scopeback connects to your email account (Gmail or Outlook) to detect carrier estimates and send supplement correspondence on your behalf. You authorize us to access, read, and send emails through your connected account solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You may disconnect your email at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading information to insurance carriers; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Plato Studio, Inc. Content you submit (estimates, claim data) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated supplements are suggestions and should be reviewed before submission. We do not guarantee that supplements will be approved by carriers. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any correspondence sent through the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plato Studio, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
