Per IRC R905.2.8.4, step flashing shall be not less than 4" x 4" and installed at each shingle course where the roof intersects a vertical sidewall. Chimney and dormer runs measured at 42 LF total. Xactimate: RFG STEP — 42 LF @ $7.20 = $302.40

5. Existing Flashings — Replacement Required

Per IRC R908.5, where existing flashings are found to be deteriorated or otherwise not performing, they shall be replaced. Inspector noted corrosion at all roof-to-wall transitions. Xactimate: RFG FLASH — 28 LF @ $6.50 = $182.00
